Our COVID-19 Response

We are committed to the health and well-being of all our flower recipients, customers, florists, couriers and the community.

With the recent spread of the Corona Virus, we evaluate our business operations according to CDC guidance and protocols. Here are the steps we are taking to ensure of your safety:

• We are sanitizing the working stations every day.

• Our florists are following CDC guidance and washing hands with antibacterial soap frequently or using alcohol-based solution.

• Per CDC, generally thought Corona virus is spreading from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence the COVID-19 transmission can be associated with the fresh products. It is important to wash your hands and not touch your nose, eyes or mouth after touching the object surface. But we are not taking this statement granted and to be on a safe side our florists are wearing surgical gloves and a face mask while preparing the arrangement for you.

• We sanitize the flower boxes before delivering to the recipient.

• We are respecting the social – distancing. All flower arrangements are being dropped by the recipient’s door followed by the call/message to the recipient advising about the location of the arrangement. We are offering hand delivery only if customer requested it.

• We are closely monitoring CDC guidance daily to ensure all guidance is followed.

We are looking to continue to serve the community and keep delivering our signature boxed arrangements to your special people!
