Flower Delivery & Returns

Below is the Flower Delivery & Returns policy for our store located in Atlanta, GA. To find the Flower Delivery & Returns policy of our location in Owings Mills, MD (DMV) follow this link. 

OUR DELIVERY POLICY:

  • Rose Jasmine Flowers & Décor offers courier delivery for a flat fee of $26 to anywhere inside of the ‘285 Atlanta Perimeter’ & within a 30 minutes of our showroom, which is located within the 30067 zip code.
  • For an additional fee, we also offer courier delivery to locations more than 30 minutes of our showroom. The additional fee will be based on the delivery address provided. Please be advised that our Team may contact you to assess these additional charges, if necessary.
  • We cannot commit to delivery timeframe requests. However, we will do our absolute best to make note of your desired timeframe & schedule your courier service accordingly. If you have a delivery timeframe request, please utilize the comment section during checkout -or- contact one of our Team members directly by calling/emailing our store. Delivery times are not guaranteed; therefore, Rose Jasmine Flowers & Décor will not be liable for any issues/loss that arise due to delivery time requests being unfulfilled.
  • Our peak seasons are Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. During peak seasons, all delivery timeframe requests will not be accepted.  All orders placed during peak seasons will be delivered at any time between 9:00AM to 9:00PM.

 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS —

  • If the flower recipient is not at home upon courier arrival:
    1. Our Team will attempt to contact the customer who placed the order. We will troubleshoot the situation with the “customer”. We will proceed with the directions given by the “customer”.
    2. If we are not able to reach the “customer” by phone, we will attempt to contact the flower recipient. If we are able to reach the  recipient, we will proceed with the directions given by the “recipient”.
    3. If the flower recipient cannot be reached, we will do our best to leave the arrangement at the address; preferably at the front door/other entrance, away from direct sunlight & in an area that it will be safe from elements like rain.
    4. If we must leave the arrangement at the address, we will send you a picture confirmation of the delivery via email and/or text.
    5. We are not responsible for any risk of loss for undeliverable orders or orders that must be left at the delivery address.
    6. To preserve surprises, privacy, confidence — we do not contact flower recipients in advance, unless we receive explicit instructions from the “customer”. 
    7. If you wish to reschedule an attempted delivery, we will gladly do so. All re-deliveries will incur a $20 fee for delivery addresses within 30 minutes of our showroom. For deliveries addresses that are more than 30 minutes away from our showroom, the delivery fee will vary based on the total milage from our showroom to the delivery destination.
    8. If you wish to change the address of the attempted delivery, we ask to pay re-delivery fee of $20, considering that the delivery is inside Atlanta 285 perimeter. If the delivery is outside the Atlanta 285, then the delivery fee varies depending on the total milage from our showroom to the delivery destination.
    9. If you wish to change a delivery address of a delivery which not started it is possible unless the courier is not assigned to a delivery yet. Normally we can change the address at least 3 hours prior a delivery. if needs to change the address when courier is already assigned and, on the way, there will be a $20 fee associated for delivery address change. Please note, the fee would be higher if the address is outside 285 Atlanta perimeter.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    All cancellations must be submitted via email following by the call at (404) 494 -6473. When submitting an email please mention the order number and your contact information. It is only possible to cancel the order 24 hours prior the scheduled delivery date. We will refund your order fully if you cancel 24 hours prior the scheduled delivery date.

    RETURNS POLICY:

    Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product, Rose Jasmine flower store offering a perishable product, fresh flowers, which are sensitive to the temperature and light. Flowers are perishable and it is a responsibility of the flower recipient to provide a proper care. Every order has a care instruction, and we ask customers to follow the guidance provided by Rose Jasmine team. If you received a defective product, please submit the picture of the product showing the defected product at order@rjroses.com within 12 hours of receiving a defected product. We will not be accepting any return requests submitted after 12-hour delivery window.
