Delivery & Orders
Can you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we proudly offer same-day delivery throughout most areas of Virginia and Georgia. Our logistics team is experienced in managing quick turnaround orders, including last-minute and urgent requests. If you need assistance outside of standard business hours, please contact us — we will make every effort to accommodate your delivery needs whenever possible.
What time are deliveries made?
Our standard delivery window is between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and location. If you require delivery outside this window, please reach out to us in advance so we can arrange a suitable schedule.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate preferred delivery time frames whenever possible. While we cannot guarantee exact timing due to route planning and traffic conditions, we will prioritize your request — especially for events, celebrations, and time-sensitive deliveries.
Do you offer delivery on holidays?
Holiday delivery is available with advance notice. Because demand may be higher on holidays, we recommend placing orders early so we can secure your preferred delivery time.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient is not available and we are unable to leave the bouquet as instructed, the arrangement will be returned to our store for safekeeping. A redelivery fee will apply for any additional delivery attempts. To prevent delays, we recommend providing alternate instructions (e.g., “leave at door” or “leave with reception/neighbor”) when possible.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Yes, we welcome requests for specific flower types, color palettes, or overall themes. While we will always strive to source your preferred blooms, seasonal availability may vary. If a particular flower is unavailable, our designers will thoughtfully select the closest alternative to match the look and feel you’re seeking.
Do you make wedding or event arrangements?
Yes, we specialize in full-service floral and event design. We offer everything from bridal bouquets and centerpieces to complete venue décor. Additionally, we provide comprehensive event planning and wedding day coordination — including concept development, design styling, and on-site setup — ensuring your celebration is beautifully cohesive and uniquely personal.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of convenient and secure payment options, including Apple Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, and all major credit and debit cards. If you need assistance completing your payment, our team will be happy to help guide you through the process.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Because our arrangements are made from fresh, perishable flowers, we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you experience any issues with your order, please take clear photos and contact us at 404.494.6473 or order@rjroses.com within 48 hours of receiving your floral design.
If the issue occurred during transportation or resulted from any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances, we will gladly replace the arrangement to ensure your experience meets our quality standards.
Order Updates & Photos
Will I receive a photo of my order before delivery?
Yes — if requested, we are happy to send you a photo of your completed arrangement prior to delivery. This allows you to preview the final design and ensure everything meets your expectations.
Do you provide delivery confirmation?
Yes. You will receive delivery status updates and order confirmations via email. If you need real-time updates or have a special delivery concern, feel free to contact us directly.
Add-ons & Pickups
Do you offer add-ons?
Absolutely. We offer a curated selection of add-ons to make your gift even more meaningful, including chocolates, plush bears, balloons, and candles.
If you have a special request, just let us know — as long as it’s reasonable and available, we’ll gladly do our best to accommodate it.
Can I order flowers for pickup?
Yes! Pick-up is available. Simply select “Pickup” when placing your order and choose the pickup time that works best for you. Our team will ensure your arrangement is ready and beautifully presented upon arrival.
