We are responsible to hand deliver the item to the flower recipient and take a picture of the product on a delivery and share with you. Please allow us up to 24 hours to share a picture confirmation on a delivery. Please note, there are exception cases exist when different situations prevent a courier to hand deliver the flowers to the flower recipient. For example, we are unable to reach the customer and a flower recipient, we may leave the arrangement by the flower recipient door, take a picture confirmation on a delivery and send a confirmation to you.
